•
•POV License Suspension For 3 Months
•Military License Suspension For 3 Months
•Six Points Assessed On Drivers License
•CCC Referral
•General Officer Letter of Reprimand:
•               Very High Probability
Individuals operating a vehicle with a BAC of .05 to .079 will be cited for driving with a BAC/DUI.

USAREUR driver’s license will be suspended and held by command for a 3-month period.  The offender’s military license may also be suspended for 3 months at the discretion of his/her commander.

Six points are accrued against the individual’s driver’s license.  Assessment of 6, but fewer than 12 points, in 12 consecutive months or 12 points in 24 consecutive months will require attendance at the remedial driver’s training course.  As alcohol is involved, referral to the ADAPCP (CCC) will be required, which includes at minimum a complete evaluation.
Additionally, attendance and successful completion of the local remedial training course is mandatory and a General Officer Letter of Reprimand is highly probable.
