Baumholder's community relations program frequently brings the American and German communities together in the spirit of mutual cooperation and friendship. Public Affairs assists and often spearheads programs that unite the German and American communities. This office also serves as a liaison and advisor to commanders in matters pertaining to the American and German communities.
