Troop Issue Subsistence Activity (TISA) provides subsistence (rations) to 20 Garrison Dining Facilities, power projection and rear operation missions. Provides Class I logistical support to organizations for field training exercises and theater contingency operations. Coordinates with DPSCE and prime vendor for subsistence through the Army Food Management Information System (AFMIS) and stores.
